Rob McCoy is an experienced trial attorney who represents businesses, professionals, manufacturers, and individuals in complex commercial and civil litigation matters throughout Nevada.

Rob’s practice focuses on business and commercial litigation, where he represents clients in breach of contract claims, partnership and shareholder disputes, business torts, fraud and misrepresentation claims, real estate and construction litigation, employment disputes, insurance coverage matters, and complex civil litigation. He also has substantial experience litigation a variety of regulatory claims, including TCPA, FACTA, and data breaches. He also represents manufacturers and corporate clients in pharmaceutical and medical device litigation, product liability claims, and catastrophic tort and asbestos claims. His experience spans every stage of litigation, from pre-suit investigations and emergency injunctive relief to trial, arbitration, mediation, and appellate proceedings.

During his career, Rob has been involved in a wide range of significant and complex cases in both state and federal courts. He has substantial trial experience and has represented clients on appeal to the Nevada Supreme Court and Ninth Circuit Court of Appeal. He has represented business owners in disputes involving corporate control and fiduciary obligations, defended companies against high-exposure commercial claims, handled multimillion-dollar contract and construction disputes, and advocated for clients in sophisticated real estate and financial litigation matters. He has also advised and defended manufacturers and corporate entities facing product liability and mass tort allegations involving pharmaceuticals and medical devices.
